03/03 "Cranky Bald-Dog" TPC

A cranky TPC for today… not “family safe” audio. (a little cursing here and there). Why so cranky today? And why the unscheduled TPC? Well, yesterday’s recording got all messed up somewhere in the encoding process, and I can’t figure out why. So today I recording another episode using the new version of P.A.R. Pro, v2.4. It does not say that it fixes anything specific on the Treo 600 – the changes are mostly to fix issues on the Treo 650 – but what the heck? This is, after all, an experiment.

On the front page of today’s Houston Chronicle: ducks. That’s right, ducks. The most important piece of information that Houstonian’s need to know today involves ducks crossing the streets of Houston.

The Supreme Court is hear a case about a “Ten Commandments” monument on display in Texas…
So then I went to the “real” news:
- Leno is getting hosed by Michael Jackson
- To date the US owes 7 million virgins for all the terrorists that have died
- PITA – savetoby.com – downfall of PayPal – stupider things have happened
- The naked guy in Iowa who threatened his neighbors with a 2.5 ft. sword – if convicted he could have 2 years in jail and a $5,000 fine
- Alabama is no longer regulating dueling – it’s about time they opened it up to free market forces
And that’s it. Well, for the most part. Hopefully this upload won’t have the same technical issues as yesterday’s. Although, I kind of wish it did, if for no other reason to know that I reproduced the issue. If I can’t reproduce it then I can’t fix it.
